Because educational downloads can be accessed immediately, we ask you to choose carefully before purchasing. That said, we want you to feel confident, so we will consider a refund request where:

  • The resource was not delivered or could not be accessed due to a fault on our side.
  • The resource differs materially from its description on the website.
  • You request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase and have not made substantial use of the material, subject to your statutory rights.

4. Situations where a refund may not apply

A refund may not be available where:

  • A request is made well outside the period described above, unless a statutory right applies.
  • The resource has been downloaded and substantially used, and there is no fault with the material itself.
  • The request relates to a change of personal preference after full access has been provided, beyond any cooling-off rights that apply.

6. How refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow a reasonable processing period, typically up to ten (10) business days, after which the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Any prices for paid resources will be displayed clearly at the point of purchase, including the applicable currency. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
